Right after Addison turned 6 months she started crawling. After several days she mastered this new skill and was off chasing her brother, following me out of rooms, going after that toy she wanted, or grabbing the dogs. A week later she started pulling up to standing on us, play tables, and furniture. This girl wants to go, go, go! She is a joy to be around and is not hard to get a big smile out of.
She is now eating solids twice a day. Her new foods recently are peas, squash, and corn. She let's you feed her some but then demands that she hold the spoon.
Sleeping patterns have shifted somewhat. She now sleeps from 8:45pm to 7am. Her naps are consolidating into 2 longer naps and an afternoon nap.
We are having fun during this stage of development! And it warms my heart to see my two children playing and to see their relationship developing.
We lowered her mattress on this day!
She is so fast in her walker! They have races!
